Servant leadership focuses on serving others first. The saying is “Leaders eat last”. The intent of efforts is focused on other people first. All motives have others’ benefits in mind.

Commitment to excellence is defined by one portraying 100% focus on the moment. An individual is committed to performing at the highest level of effort – committing to purpose over one’s own passion.

A grateful spirit allows for constant improvements and honest reflection. Gratitude is what rids of one’s ego. Gratitude is what builds people up. “What appreciates appreciates, what depreciates depreciates”.

Living a life of integrity means living a life based on truth. No matter the scenario, environment, or stage an individual is committed to the full truth. I picture this like a lightbulb – in an environment of brightness, a lightbulb does not cast a shadow, and in an environment of darkness it is still not casting a shadow.

Intentionality with every action, thought, and conversation. Having intention is the difference between one’s growth or complacency.

Unity itself is a benefit. Individuals can be successful individually, but when everyone shares a common goal and vision that is when greater achievements are made than any individual efforts are capable of.
